Playa de Las Eras

Black sand, pebbles and a boulder breakwater at Playa de Las Eras, Fasnia

This beach of black sand and shingle lies in the village of Las Eras, which gives it its name, in the municipality of Fasnia.

Little known to tourists, Playa de Las Eras is ideal if you want to sunbathe in peace and enjoy a relaxing swim away from the crowds. It offers few facilities for visitors and there is no sun lounger or parasol hire, but it does have disabled access.

Breakwaters keep the sea calm, with few waves. The beach is suitable for the whole family, although we still recommend taking due care, as there are no lifeguards. At the back of the beach there are benches in the shade of two beautiful palm trees, where you can sit and gaze out along the coast.

A convenient car park nearby lets you leave your car without worry just a few metres from the beach.
