Camel Park

Camel Park is in the south of Tenerife, a few kilometres from the resorts of Los Cristianos and Las Américas. In this rural setting, camel rides are organised for adults and children, and you can choose between different packages depending on the length of the ride and whether or not a meal is included.

The whole park is set on a farm where, besides the camels, you’ll also find other animals: donkeys, goats, hens, ducks, parrots and dogs.

The Canarian climate and vegetation provide ideal conditions for breeding camels, the main attraction of this theme park. Historically, camels were used to carry goods and people; today they have been rediscovered for tourism, giving visitors the chance to enjoy the local landscape on beautiful guided rides suitable for young and old.

The park also has an educational farm that works with schools in the south of the island: every year hundreds of children immerse themselves in this special rural setting for a stimulating learning experience. You can also arrange parties, birthdays and barbecues through reception, with belly dancers, clowns, storytellers and magicians on request.

Camel Park offers the whole family a day out with a difference, exploring the surrounding area on the back of these animals.

A charming restaurant inside the park, Cerro de la Luna, lets visitors eat on site. It is 300 metres from the farm and has a terrace and garden, so you can eat indoors or outdoors. The menu is varied, with a wide selection of wines, and the desserts are homemade.
